Privacy Policy

Seai is an application that connects to your Google Ads account to optimize your campaigns. This policy explains how Seai handles personal information when you visit this website or join the early-access list.

Effective: 10 July 2026

1. Controller and contact

The operator of this website is the controller responsible for the processing described in this policy. Questions, withdrawals of consent, and privacy requests can be sent to elinamavromath@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate this website and the early-access list:

  • Waitlist data: the email address you enter, the date and time of signup, and the IP address associated with the submission. The IP address is used for abuse prevention and security.
  • Website data: technical information ordinarily recorded in server logs, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested page, date and time, and referrer.
  • Communications: information you include when contacting us, including your contact details and message.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • We use your email address to manage the early-access list and send the requested launch communication. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is your consent.
  • We use IP addresses and other technical data to deliver and secure the website, limit abusive submissions, diagnose errors, and maintain reliable operations. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
  • We use communications to answer your request and keep related records. The legal basis, where applicable, is taking steps at your request, our legitimate interest in responding, or compliance with a legal obligation.

You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. Providing an email address is voluntary, but we cannot place you on the early-access list without it.

4. Recipients and processing abroad

We do not sell personal information. We use Namecheap to host the website and signup records, and Google to deliver the signup alert through Gmail and to serve the website fonts. These providers may receive email, IP address, request headers, or related technical information as necessary for their role. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or public authorities where legally required.

Namecheap and Google may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where required, transfers are based on an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards, or another legally recognized transfer mechanism. Information about the applicable safeguards is available on request.

5. Retention

Waitlist records are retained until the launch communication has been sent, you withdraw consent, or the list is discontinued, and are then deleted within a reasonable administrative period unless continued retention is legally required. Rate-limiting records and server logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting, subject to the hosting provider's operational retention periods. Communications are retained for as long as needed to respond and document the matter.

6. Cookies, fonts, and automated decisions

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts; your browser therefore sends Google your IP address, the requested URL, and browser headers such as user agent and referrer. Google states that the Fonts API does not set or log cookies and does not use this information for profiling or targeted advertising. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

7. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request information about and access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and may object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You may complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). If the GDPR applies, you may also complain to the data-protection authority in your country of residence or work, or where you believe an infringement occurred.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the website and Seai evolve. The effective date above shows when this version took effect. Material changes will be communicated where required.
